Why: Perfect man. HOW THE HECK IS HE NOT MORE WELL-KNOWN?! He only happened to star in some of the greatest films of all time, he worked with the greatest directors of all time, HE WAS BEST FRIENDS WITH ORSON STINKIN’ WELLES. Also, I always spell cotton with an “e” and then have to correct myself. That is power.
Favorite Performance: Shadow of a Doubt (Uncle Charlie forever.) or The Third Man or Gaslight or an episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents titled “Breakdown.” Absolute brilliance!
